I'm trying to get familiar with ST - and in the process, I am setting up the network install for the ST clients.
To that effect, I got myself component C18IZML from the catalog (I have use a Partnerworld Value Package for that). The download is entitled :
IBM Lotus Sametime Connect Network Install 8.0 Multilingual, Multiplatform
I then proceeded to copy the 'network-install' directory to the <notesdata>/domino/html/sametime location, modified the applet/download.properties file (according to documentation).
Then I ran the ArchiveCreator.sh script, which failed upon attempting to set up the Linux Client archive.
In order to circumvent the problem, I modified the .properties file to remove all Linux references.
However, my question is : Where is the Sametime 8.0 Connect Client for linux (sametime-connect-8.0-1.i386.rpm ) ? I tried looking on various packages (including some specifying specifically that the linux client is in it) to no avail..
No urgency.. I got everything straight *except* for that part.. Just wondering (to get a clean install)..
